Rate includes Lobby and Dance Hall. Deposit will be 50% non-refundable to hold the space. Balance will be due 30 days prior to the date. All not for Profit 501(c)(3) organizations qualify for 10% off the base rate. The base price varies depending on what day the event is to take place and type of event. Additional charges may apply for holidays, wedding ceremony and reception combinations.

Monday – Thursday (3 hour block) $425

Friday (5 hour block) $850
Saturday (5 hour block) $1,650

Sunday (3 hour block) $650

Bar and Alcohol Rates

Full open Bar with 1 bar tender per 100 guests = $22.50 a person

Beer and wine only open bar with 1 bartender per 100 guests = $18.50 a person

Cash Bar has a minimum of $750.00 and drink prices are:

    $3 for beer

    $5 for wine and well liquor

    $7 for premium liquor and mixed specialty drinks

Valet Services

1-100 Guests - $400
101-200 Guests - $450
201+ Guests - $500

Other Services

Event coordinator for 5 hours - $150

Coat check - $125 with a ticket system

Attendant for 5 hours - $150

Security for 5 hours - $200 (Sheriff's Deputy)

Tables and chairs $1.50 per person

Linens $18-$35 per table depending on linen selection

Does the facility have audio visual equipment?

Yes. The space has high-speed wireless internet, projector, 52” LCD screen, and an on-site computer with Microsoft Office. We have a sound system and microphones will be available.

Are DJ’s and or Bands allowed?

Yes.

Is there parking at the building?

Yes, we have no fewer than 100 off street spots.
